These probably don't count, but I do read them again and again and enjoy them tremendously:

The book of numbers by Conway and Guy. There is so much there, and it is all presented in way that you can understand it and marvel. So many things I wish I had learned somewhere between high school and my math ph.d. are in there.

Skeleton Key of Mathematics by Littlewood. Would never have understood p-adic numbers at all without it.

Winning Ways for Your Mathematical Plays Conway, Berlekamp, and Guy. An intense level of ideas, methods, and questions presented in such a lively way. It brings me back and makes me dream about math research.

Concrete Mathematics Graham, Knuth, Patashnik. Deep stuff, Hard stuff, important stuff with again, a lively presentation.

Consider this: MyClassEvaluation™ is created by instructors for instructors: benefitting from 15 years of research, $5 million in federal and philanthropic funding, and feedback from more than 75,000 instructors and administrators. It is the only course and instructor evaluation system empirically demonstrated to improve course delivery, increase student satisfaction, and consistently provide high response rates from students.
